Free. When an owner in your municipality asks for an agency, we write to you. You decide whether to take the contact.
What we guarantee
The number is verified by an SMS code. If it is wrong, if the owner says they never asked, or if they cannot be reached after three calls over three business days, the first within 24 business hours of receiving the contact (or within the time slot they chose), the next contact is free: just tell us within 7 days. A contact never goes to two agencies. Immolytics earns nothing on the sale: you remain the only intermediary.

No. Every Immolytics.be contact is paid one by one, at our price list, from €149. The tool subscription only means you are told before the other agencies in your municipality. The one exception: the agency that has already reserved your municipality keeps its place.
A fixed price per contact, from €149, depending on the property's value. It is shown on the file before you accept. VAT not applicable. You pay online by card when you take the seller, and their details reach you within the hour. No subscription, no minimum, no invoice to wait for.
You pay for an exclusive contact, not for a result. You see the property sheet before deciding, and you only pay if you take the seller. After that the meeting, the mandate and the sale are your trade: we earn nothing on them, and we do not take back a contact already passed on. If the number is wrong, if the owner says they asked for nothing, or if they cannot be reached after three calls over three business days, the first within 24 business hours of receiving the contact (or within the time slot they chose), the next contact is yours, free of charge.
4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. A seller offered at 5 pm waits for your answer until noon on the next working day. If you say no, or do not reply in time, the seller goes to the next agency. After two sellers declined or left unanswered, you lose your priority for the municipality and move to the end of the waiting list. Reserving a municipality gives you the first answer, not a subscription.
You are on the waiting list, in order of registration. Each seller is first offered to the agency in place. If it says no, or does not reply within 4 business hours, you are the next one we write to.
Yes. Immolytics sells an introduction at a fixed price, never a percentage or a share of the sale. No business referral fee.
