Immolytics is a free real estate information platform in Belgium. It provides statistical data on sale prices, energy performance (EPC), and estimation tools for all 581 Belgian municipalities. Access to the site is free and requires no registration.

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Displayed prices are statistical medians and do not constitute a valuation of any specific property.
Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, analyses, calculations, interfaces, source code, charts) is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited. Data from public sources (Statbel) remains subject to the CC BY 4.0 license.
