Install it in three steps

    Set up the widget

    Enter the agency name, its colour, its contact page and the language. The preview changes with each setting.

    Copy the code

    The code holds the widget, the link to our data and a few lines that adjust its height.

  3. 03

    Paste it on your website

    In WordPress, add a 'Custom HTML' block and paste the code. Other website builders have a similar block. For a page in Dutch, take the code set up in Dutch.

What the visitor sees

  • A price range and the most likely price
  • The number of sales in their municipality behind the calculation
  • A clear sentence: only a viewing gives the real price
  • Your contact button, which leads to your page

What the widget does not do

It asks for no name, no address and no phone number, and sets no cookie. We store nothing the visitor types in. A visitor who wants a viewing goes through your contact page: their details reach you directly, never through Immolytics.

Where the figure comes from

The calculation starts from the median price of the sales registered in the municipality for this type of property, published by Statbel. It adjusts it for the living area, the bedrooms, the façades, the energy rating and the condition. Our online valuation makes the same calculation. When the owner gives their address there, it can also start from the price of their neighbourhood.

The 'Data by Immolytics' link

Under the widget, the code adds the 'Data by Immolytics' link. It says where the figures come from. Please keep it: it is the only thing we ask in return for the widget.

Questions from agencies

Yes. There is no subscription and no sign up. We only ask you to keep the 'Data by Immolytics' link under the widget.
No. The widget collects no contact details. A visitor who wants to go further goes through your contact page, on your website.
Yes. Choose the language before you copy the code. Put the Dutch code on your Dutch pages, and so on.
It loads in a separate frame, only when the visitor scrolls down to it. It only adds to your page the few lines that adjust its height.
It is an order of magnitude, calculated from the real sales in the municipality. The range gets wider when the municipality has few sales, or when the visitor does not know the energy rating or the condition. The widget says so, and reminds the visitor that only a viewing gives the real price.
