Ask for the agent's IPI number and look it up in the public IPI register on ipi.be. An agent who is not listed there may not act as an intermediary in a sale.
No, it is not compulsory. A sole agency agreement gives the sale to one agency for a set period. A simple agreement lets you work with several agencies. Read the duration and the exit terms before you sign.
The list is in alphabetical order. Only a partner agency, which pays Immolytics to receive the visit requests from the municipality, goes first, with the words « Immolytics partner » written in full.
