Frequently Asked Questions

How often is the data updated?
The CSV files are updated quarterly, following the release of new Statbel figures. The latest update includes data through Q1 2026.
Can I use this data for my project?
Yes, the data is free to use under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Please credit Immolytics and Statbel as the source.
Why are some values missing?
Small municipalities with few transactions sometimes lack sufficient data for reliable median prices. Statbel does not publish figures when there are fewer than 5 transactions.
What format are the files in?
CSV with semicolon (;) delimiter, UTF-8 with BOM, dot decimal separator. Opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets or Python/R.
