Immolytics is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we handle data during your visit to our site.
Data Controller

Data Collected
Immolytics does not collect personal data for simply browsing the content and sets no advertising cookies. If you use one of our optional forms (quote request, valuation, newsletter), personal data is collected as part of that process.
Quote Form — Partner Bobex.be
Our site offers an optional form to receive free quotes from certified Belgian contractors via our partner Bobex.be. If you submit this form, the following data is collected and transmitted to Bobex.be: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and postal code. This data is processed by Bobex.be (data controller) to connect you with contractors matching your renovation work. Immolytics acts as a referral partner (affiliate). Your data is never resold to third parties other than the contractors selected via Bobex.be. Bobex.be’s privacy policy is available at www.bobex.be. The transmission of your data is based on your explicit consent (checkbox in the form). You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting contact@immolytics.be or Bobex.be directly.
Estimate Form — Transfer to an Estate Agency
After a free estimate, you may ask that an estate agency active in your municipality check this figure. If you tick the box provided for this purpose, your email address and, if you provide them, your name, your phone number, the intended selling timeframe and the property details entered for the estimate (municipality, type, floor area, EPC, condition, estimated price) are passed to one single estate agency, chosen among those active in your municipality, which contacts you by phone to offer an on-site valuation. You are informed by email of the name of that agency. The agency becomes the data controller for that contact and may neither resell nor pass on your data. Immolytics invoices the agency a fixed amount for this introduction and receives no commission on any sale. The transfer is based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@immolytics.be: your data is then erased from our systems and the agency is informed. Without a phone number, no transfer takes place: your email address is then kept only to send you our market analyses, from which you can unsubscribe in one click.
Property valuation request: transfer to a property valuer
On the property valuation page, you can ask a property valuer from your area to call you, for example for an inheritance, a gift, a division of assets or a divorce. We then record your name, phone number and email address, the municipality and type of the property, the reason for the request and the timeframe you want, as well as your two statements: you are the owner or an heir of the property, and you agree to be called by a valuer. A code sent by text message or email confirms the request. This data is passed to one single property valuer active in your district, who calls you to arrange a visit. You are informed by email of the name of that valuer. It is never passed to several professionals and never resold. The valuer becomes the data controller for that contact. The transfer is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box provided, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@immolytics.be or by replying to our emails. We keep the request for two years at most, then erase it.
Outreach to property professionals
Immolytics contacts property valuers and estate agencies by email to offer them the requests of owners in their area. Source of the data: the business address the firm publishes on its own website and, for valuers, the public lists they appear on (list of valuers approved by the Flemish tax authority, members of CIBEX or ABEX). We record the firm's name, its business email address and phone number, its municipality, its company number and the address of the page where we found them. Purpose: to propose a commercial collaboration. Legal basis: the general address of a company (info@, contact@) receives our proposal on the basis of our legitimate interest in finding partners; an address bearing a person's name, or that of a self employed person working in their own name, first receives a single email asking for consent, and the commercial proposal is only sent after a written yes (consent). Right to object: simply reply "stop" to any of our emails. We confirm the unsubscription by email, we stop writing, and we keep only the address on our objection list so as never to contact it again. Retention: without a reply within three months, or after a refusal, we erase the data; for a firm working with us, for the duration of the collaboration and then as long as the law requires for invoices. You can ask to see, correct or erase this data by writing to contact@immolytics.be, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
Quote request to Top Travaux
After an estimate, if parts of your property need redoing, you may tick a box so that Top Travaux (www.toptravaux.be) calls you for quotes. Top Travaux belongs to the same company as Immolytics. If you tick that box, your first name, your phone number, your municipality and the list of works to redo are passed to Top Travaux, and nothing else. Without a ticked box, nothing is passed on. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@immolytics.be.
Call from a mortgage broker: your details go to a single broker
At the end of our buying tools, or when you tell us you will buy another property after a sale, you can ask a mortgage broker registered with the FSMA to call you back. We then record your first name, your phone number, your email address, the municipality and price of the property you have in mind, where you are with your purchase and the timeframe you want. We do not ask for your income, your outgoings or your deposit. A code sent by text message confirms the request. This data is passed to a single broker, the one who covers your municipality, whose name and FSMA number are shown before you send it. It is never passed to another broker and never resold. The broker becomes the data controller for that contact. Immolytics is not a credit intermediary: we do not present, offer or prepare any credit agreement. The broker pays us a fixed fee for this introduction, which does not depend on whether you take out a loan. The transfer is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box provided, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@immolytics.be or by replying to our emails. We keep the request for two years at most, then erase it.
Buying capacity certificate
To download the buying capacity certificate, you give your email address. We record it with the language and region you chose, to know how many people use the tool. Your income, spending and savings are only used to calculate the PDF: we do not keep them. We pass your email on to no one. You only receive our messages if you ticked the box for it, then confirmed your subscription through the link sent to your inbox. We delete this record two years after the download, or sooner if you ask at contact@immolytics.be.
Seller file by email
Under your estimate, you can ask for your seller file as a PDF. We then record your email, the municipality, what you told us about the home (type, floor area, condition, extras) and its estimate. Your address, if you gave it, is used to read the land registry plot (FPS Finance) and the flood risk (Public Service of Wallonia, VMM or Brussels Environment); we do not keep it, unless you also ask for a visit. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box: we send you the file, then at most one email a quarter when prices in your municipality change. To stop, simply reply to one of our emails. A visit from an estate agent is a separate box: it asks for your first name and number, and only becomes a request after you click the confirmation button in the email. Only then does one estate agent in your area receive your details. We keep this data for two years at most.
Paid partner links
Some pages include links to partner services, among them an instalment loan offer to finance renovation works. These links are paid: Immolytics earns a commission if your application succeeds, at no extra cost to you, and they are labelled as such on the page. No personal data is passed to us in this context: by clicking, you leave our site, and the identifier passed on designates only the page of origin, never you personally. Immolytics is neither a lender nor a credit intermediary and receives no information about your file. Processing of your data then falls entirely to the partner concerned.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not set any cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. The data collected is aggregated and anonymous: pages visited, country of origin, device type, referral source. No cookie consent is required because no cookies are used.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no trackers requiring consent. Our audience-measurement tool Plausible Analytics works without cookies. When you click a paid partner link, the partner’s affiliate network may set a cookie on its own domain to attribute the commission; this happens on the partner’s site, not on immolytics.be, and is governed by their privacy policy.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding data transmitted via the quote form: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, and right to object.
