Costs vary between 15,000 and 50,000 EUR depending on the surface area and property type. Typical works include roof insulation, wall insulation, window replacement and a new heating system.
Through the Renolution program, you can receive subsidies for roof insulation (up to 5,500 EUR), wall insulation (up to 7,000 EUR), heat pump (up to 8,000 EUR) and more. Amounts vary based on household income.
In Flanders yes: buyers of properties with EPC E or F must achieve label D within 5 years. In Brussels, progressive obligations apply from 2033. In Wallonia, there is currently no renovation obligation.
