Mortgage inscription

Mortgage inscription is the official registration of the mortgage at the Legal Security office (formerly Mortgage Registry). It gives the bank a real right over the property as loan collateral. The credit deed costs include a 1% registration duty on the secured amount, a mortgage duty, a mortgage office fee, notary fees (VAT included) and administrative costs.
