How to read the map

On this page, only the municipalities of the province of East Flanders stand out in relief. The other Belgian municipalities stay flat and grey. The "All of Belgium" button brings back the relief for the whole country.

Each municipality is a block: the more its houses sell for, the taller the block. The price shown is the middle sale price of the year: half the houses sold for less, the other half for more. The colour says the same thing in nine shades, from light green for under €200,000 to very dark burgundy for €650,000 and over. Houses and apartments share the same colours and heights, so you can compare them at a glance.

For 2026, Statbel has only published the first six months so far. The map will show the full year as soon as it is out.
