Full definition
Net yield is the rental yield after deducting all charges: property tax, insurance, maintenance, management fees, vacancy provision, and works. The formula is: (annual rent − annual charges) / total purchase price × 100. In Belgium, net yield is typically 1 to 1.5 points below gross yield. Net-net yield also includes the tax impact.
