Property management encompasses all tasks related to administering a rental property: finding tenants, drafting leases, conducting inventories, collecting rent, managing repairs, annual indexation, and handling unpaid rent. In Belgium, an owner can self-manage or delegate to an agency (cost of 5 to 10% of annual rent).
