Full definition
Co-ownership is the legal regime organizing the ownership of a building divided into private parts (apartments, cellars, garages) and common parts (halls, stairs, roof, facade). Each co-owner holds shares in common parts proportional to the value of their lot. A building manager manages the building and convenes the annual general meeting.
