Full definition

The soil attestation is a mandatory document for every property sale in Belgium. In Flanders, it is issued by OVAM and must be obtained before the sales agreement. In Wallonia, it is managed by SPAQuE's BDES. In Brussels, it is issued by Brussels Environment.
