Median prices by property type and their five-year trend, the municipality's scores, demographics, local economy and EPC distribution, with sources and the date of the data. It is generated on demand from the figures published on the page.
An annual payment of €1,000. Every Monday you receive the full edition: every lot of the Belgian public sales ranked by gap to the median price of its municipality, with addresses, links and dates. The light edition stays free with no time limit: you judge before you pay.
