Renovation grant

Renovation grants are financial subsidies provided by Belgian regions to encourage energy-improving works. In Wallonia, the Housing Grants ended on 30 September 2026: since 1 October the Region lends at 0% through the Rénopack, with 10 to 50% not repaid depending on income, or through the Rénoprêt for higher incomes. In Brussels, RENOLUTION grants are suspended: no grant for invoices from 2025 or 2026. In Flanders, Mijn VerbouwPremie covers roof, walls, floors, glazing, and technical installations.
